Drawing on his 23 years experience in practice, he offers a full osteopathic assessment, to establish an accurate diagnosis, and formulate a unique course of treatment, tailored to patients’ individual needs. He is able to offer a “second opinion service” to those in need or those with problems that have not responded to other treatments.

John offers IDD (Inter-vertebral Differential Dynamics) Therapy which is a non-invasive back pain treatment which treats targeted spinal segments. IDD Therapy allows him to decompress the injured and worn or degenerate inter-vertebral disc, improve mobility and relieve pain.

IDD Therapy is a specialist treatment for those patients who might be suffering from long-term pain or facing the prospect of spinal injections or surgery.

He also offers SCENAR Therapy. SCENAR stands for Self-Controlling Energy Neuro-Adaptive Regulator and is a small handheld device used to treat painful nerve, joint and muscle conditions, and injuries.

SCENAR provides lasting relief from acute and chronic pain and takes the body right through the healing process to recovery, it can either complement your osteopathy treatment or be used as a standalone therapy. By stimulating the body’s natural healing process, SCENAR is a highly effective way of relieving pain, and aids recovery from a range of conditions.

John enjoys listening to his patients’ stories and understanding their goals for recovery and this individual attention helps them to feel supported in their journey to recovery.
